Aufgaben
- Manage post-closing lifecycle of Borrowing Base transactions
- Coordinate notices, payments, utilisations, fees, commissions, and account flows
- Review and challenge BB reports, collateral submissions, and utilisation requests
- Maintain transparent and auditable records of transaction activities
- Escalate red flags, documentation gaps, and transaction inconsistencies
- Develop expertise in Borrowing Base structures and collateral mechanics
- Support renewals, amendments, and refinancing situations
- Translate facility agreements into practical monitoring frameworks
- Identify and escalate matters to relevant stakeholders
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for transaction parties
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments
- Ensure a smooth client and stakeholder experience
- Contribute to BB platform discussions and improvements
- Enhance BB Agency processes, service standards, and reporting quality
- Support simplification, standardisation, and automation initiatives
- Explore data, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working
