- Champion end-to-end procurement excellence
- Maintain process discipline and transparency
- Optimize operational procurement processes
- Advance systems for greater efficiency
- Manage supplier segmentation, selection, and qualification
- Conduct contract negotiations and strategic partnerships
- Establish supplier performance frameworks with KPIs, scorecards, and reviews
- Present procurement performance reports to senior leaders
- Report cost savings and supplier outcomes
- Manage procurement risks
- Address supply chain disruptions and price volatility
- Ensure compliance with ethical purchasing
- Promote corporate social responsibility
