- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching or mentoring others
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, Power BI, SAP Ariba
- Fluency in spoken and written English
Aufgaben
- Implement effective sourcing strategies using CIPS process
- Ensure stakeholders understand and follow strategies
- Minimize quality and financial risk with company procedures
- Negotiate and renew contracts with key suppliers
- Adapt corporate frameworks to local needs
- Recommend and execute frame agreements with risk management
- Identify and select suppliers based on quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability
- Establish and maintain local agreements and contract terms
- Develop and implement cost-out initiatives
- Ensure consistent application of SCM processes and standards
