- Ensure consistent, effective, and strategically aligned procurement performance.
- Lead the global Business Line Supply Chain organization across key hubs.
- Provide strong team direction.
- Build team capabilities.
- Align with business line leadership.
- Define and implement global spend management strategies.
- Execute global sourcing strategies for direct materials and services.
- Optimize sourcing processes continuously.
- Select competitive suppliers.
- Set and monitor annual performance targets.
- Monitor cost reduction, supplier quality, and on-time delivery.
- Drive long-term planning.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement.
- Guide category teams.
- Support supplier negotiations and audits.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Foster cross-division collaboration.
