- Manage and resolve complex and escalated cases
- Address legally and reputationally sensitive topics
- Conduct ticket reviews and audits
- Drive continuous improvement of support processes
- Maintain and update support guidelines
- Develop and evolve FAQs and knowledge base content
- Coach and onboard support agents
- Provide expert guidance on quality and complex cases
