- Deep expertise in job architecture, leveling frameworks, global benchmarking, and range design
- Ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical capability, including building models, scenarios, and structured insights
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with People Analytics, HRIS / People Tech, and Finance
- Strong interest in advancing AI-driven solutions in Total Rewards

- Support global reward philosophy and strategy development
- Shape and own global job architecture and compensation frameworks
- Ensure scalability, market alignment, and internal equity
- Lead data-driven reward insights
- Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations
- Create executive narratives from data
- Advise senior leaders on compensation and talent decisions
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation
- Streamline reward workflows from data modeling to communication
- Partner with People Analytics, People Tech, and regional Total Rewards Business Partners
- Build scalable systems, tools, and insights
- Drive consistent global execution of reward frameworks
