- •Fluency in written and spoken German and English

- •Act as the point of contact for top clients
- •Develop one-on-one client relationships through regular communication
- •Enhance understanding of clients by referring to their order and return histories
- •Increase individual spending and foster customer loyalty by identifying style needs
- •Suggest additional items based on clients' tastes from weekly uploads
- •Curate weekly emails with recommendations tailored to shopping behavior
- •Create and implement innovative selling ideas to meet sales targets
- •Drive and participate in acquisition opportunities
- •Implement an entertainment program for top customers at VIP events
- •Manage the Pre-Reservation process four times a year
- •Update customer preference sheets and profiles
- •Liaise closely with the buying team and brand marketing team for re-ordering sold-out items
- •Stay informed about the latest fashion and lifestyle trends and designers
