- Close People Ops gaps
- Design People Ops workflows for scaling
- Serve as primary contact for Netherlands benefits
- Serve as primary contact for Switzerland benefits
- Coordinate US team benefits
- Coordinate remote team benefits
- Manage employee engagement survey administration
- Analyze employee engagement survey results
- Execute initiatives to elevate daily employee experience
- Act as custodian of equity records
- Act as custodian of shareholder registries
- Administer employee equity grants
- Manage investor data rooms during fundraising
- Contribute to high-impact initiatives
- Overhaul Knowledge Management structure
- Set up US office operational footprint
- Lead pension reviews
