- Good understanding of Swiss social security and labour law basics

- Fluent German and very good English skills
Aufgaben
- Support and manage employee lifecycle processes
- Act as a reliable point of contact for P&C queries
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts
- Ensure smooth and positive employee experience
- Update and maintain employee records
- Ensure data quality and compliance
- Support monthly payroll activities
- Maintain accurate payroll-relevant data
- Assist with payroll reporting and year-end activities
- Communicate with authorities and social insurance providers
- Contribute to P&C reporting
- Optimize administrative processes
