  • ISO or audit exposure
  • HRIS optimization or implementation experience
  • Tech/SaaS Startup or scale-up background
  • Residency and registration in Switzerland

  • Lead and improve the People function's operational backbone
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and HR administration
  • Govern HRIS structure, data integrity, and workflows
  • Standardize and simplify processes across both group entities
  • Automate tasks and create clear documentation to reduce noise
  • Partner with the People Ops Specialist for operational excellence
  • Ensure Swiss labor law and international employment compliance
  • Coordinate with external advisors on complex employment matters
  • Handle sensitive cases and maintain audit-ready HR controls
  • Design and execute the company-wide performance cycle
  • Provide practical guidance on feedback and people decisions
  • Act as a pragmatic partner for complex performance situations
  • Manage engagement cycles and follow-up mechanisms
  • Operationalize culture initiatives with the VP People
  • Shape company-wide gatherings and events to strengthen alignment
  • Direct and prioritize local office operations and initiatives
  • Align workplace experience with broader engagement goals
  • Resolve complex workplace topics while empowering office managers
