- •EOR/vendor management experience
- •ISO or audit exposure
- •HRIS optimization or implementation experience
- •Tech/SaaS Startup or scale-up background
- •Residency and registration in Switzerland

- •Manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and HR administration
- •Govern HRIS structure, data integrity, and workflows
- •Standardize and simplify processes across both group entities

- •Partner with the People Ops Specialist for operational excellence
- •Ensure Swiss labor law and international employment compliance
- •Coordinate with external advisors on complex employment matters
- •Handle sensitive cases and maintain audit-ready HR controls
- •Design and execute the company-wide performance cycle
- •Provide practical guidance on feedback and people decisions
- •Act as a pragmatic partner for complex performance situations
- •Manage engagement cycles and follow-up mechanisms
- •Operationalize culture initiatives with the VP People
- •Shape company-wide gatherings and events to strengthen alignment
- •Direct and prioritize local office operations and initiatives
- •Align workplace experience with broader engagement goals
- •Resolve complex workplace topics while empowering office managers
