- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented approach
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and support
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Process Swiss and international payroll for 400 employees
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations within Abacus
- Coordinate with external payroll providers in Germany, Iceland, USA, and Canada
- Oversee social insurance, pension funds, and withholding tax processes
- Implement and improve social security and tax workflows
- Manage time and absence data according to Swiss and German policies
- Coordinate monthly and annual payroll closing with Accounting
- Maintain accurate employee data and operational HR tasks
- Generate Abacus-based reports and handle payroll inquiries via ticketing
- Optimize payroll and core HR processes continuously
- Lead the HR Operations team and global administration
- Ensure professional and business-oriented HR services across the employee lifecycle
