- Monitor UN policy developments and reform initiatives
- Assess implications of UN reforms on technical engagement
- Prepare briefing notes and analytical papers for management
- Develop guidance tools and capacity-building initiatives
- Document and disseminate lessons learned and good practices
- Elevate visibility for refugee inclusion in global fora
