You will drive sustainable solutions for displaced populations by coordinating strategic UN partnerships and providing the analytical support needed to integrate refugee inclusion into global development plans.

Anforderungen

• •Advanced university degree or comparable qualification
• •At least 4–6 years relevant experience
• •Experience with UN agencies and development
• •Experience in inter-agency coordination and engagement
• •Experience in joint programming and partnerships
• •Knowledge of UNHCR mandate and policies
• •Experience in development-oriented programming and HDP
• •Strong analytical and coordination skills
• •Effective drafting and communication skills
• •Ability to manage tasks and collaborate
• •Sound judgement and political awareness
• •Proven stakeholder management skills
• •Excellent English and asset knowledge of French

Aufgaben

• •Support technical leads in advancing UN agency collaborations
• •Maintain an internal overview of partnership agreements
• •Coordinate joint strategies and collaboration frameworks
• •Monitor and report on agency action plans
• •Consolidate technical inputs for regional and country operations
• •Advocate for displaced populations in national development plans
• •Monitor UN policy developments and reform initiatives
• •Assess implications of UN reforms on technical engagement
• •Prepare briefing notes and analytical papers for management
• •Develop guidance tools and capacity-building initiatives
• •Document and disseminate lessons learned and good practices
• •Elevate visibility for refugee inclusion in global fora
