- Monitor political and humanitarian reform challenges
- Implement external partner communications strategies
- Brief donors and embassies on operations
- Organize bilateral meetings and field missions
- Disseminate global funding information to headquarters
- Mobilize funds for protection programmes
- Draft situation reports and briefing notes
- Create press releases and articles
- Prepare donor-compliant narrative and financial reports
- Monitor funding levels and donor visibility
- Represent management in inter-agency initiatives
- Manage internal information and documentation flows
- Identify key messages for campaigns
- Propose promotional events and initiatives
- Manage media relations and interview requests
- Provide content for social media platforms
- Coordinate National Partner Liaison activities
- Maintain communication channels with regional bureaus
- Organize Partnership Council and CEO meetings
- Support governance and legal contract updates
- Prepare groundwork for new Recognition Agreements
- Analyze trends in partner relationships
- Identify and escalate operational risks
