Office Manager & Management Assistant(m/w/x)
Daily office operations and vendor management for a global Biscoff sales operation. Higher vocational education and German/English fluency required. Close collaboration with management.
Anforderungen
- Professionalism and cordiality
- Completed higher vocational education, commercial apprenticeship, bachelor, or similar
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in office management, executive assistance, or administrative coordination
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; Swiss German is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with digital collaboration tools
- Structured, detail-oriented approach with ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
Aufgaben
- Oversee daily office functions
- Maintain office supplies
- Manage vendor relationships

- Organize internal and external meetings

- Foster a collaborative environment
- Provide proactive assistance to the Executive team
- Manage calendars and meeting coordination
- Arrange travel and expense reporting
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in documentation
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows
- Improve administrative systems
- Enhance overall efficiency
- Take ownership of special assignments
- Contribute to cross-functional projects
