Aufgaben
- Welcome visitors and manage front-of-house duties
- Handle incoming and outgoing post
- Oversee office supplies and equipment
- Manage access cards and CCTV systems
- Prepare and maintain meeting rooms
- Coordinate cleaning and workspace maintenance
- Support workspace planning and development
- Lead security and facility management audits
- Represent the office in compliance and certification programs
- Manage archiving and secure document disposal
- Maintain evacuation and fire-safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with workplace policies
- Onboard new Swiss and international vendors
- Raise purchase orders and goods-received documentation
- Ensure timely invoice processing with Accounts Payable
- Negotiate with suppliers and travel partners
- Deliver smooth onboarding for new employees
- Coordinate internal events and workshops
- Book external venues for events
- Support travel arrangements and rate negotiations
- Provide cross-office support for Zurich, Basel, Baden, and Geneva
- Manage global travel platform account
- Oversee Zurich office lease and landlord relations
