Anforderungen
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Hospitality or 4*/5* hotel background preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English and German (at least C1)
- Other languages are an asset
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Discretion and attention to detail
- Flexible, responsible, and friendly host personality
- Thrives under pressure
- Demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
Aufgaben
- Welcome and assist international VIP and UHNWI guests.
- Ensure smooth daily reception routines.
- Handle calls and emails in English and German.
- Manage mail, courier deliveries, and correspondence.
- Keep reception and meeting areas organized and clean.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages for clients.
- Support events and internal functions.
- Coordinate travel and concierge services for guests.
- Manage keys and badges for multiple buildings.
- Perform general administrative duties like invoicing and filing.
