Anforderungen
- •Significant pharmaceutical sales experience (4 years minimum)
- •Fluency in German and English (French a plus)
- •Experience in ophthalmology/eye-care markets, product launches, and/or MBA or equivalent
- •End-to-end accountability and owner’s mindset
- •Ability to align stakeholders and secure resources
- •Decisive and agile decision-making
- •Coaching and developing teams
- •Strong external orientation with customers, KOLs, and policy trends

- •Ensure accurate forecasting and monitor market trends
- •Lead 3MC cadences for aligned execution
- •Set charters, agendas, KPIs, and decision logs
- •Remove roadblocks and coordinate resources
- •Embed market, customer, and scientific insights into plans
- •Represent the company with industry associations and stakeholders
- •Drive KOL engagement strategy and congress planning
- •Ensure compliant presence and measurable ROI
- •Build a data-driven performance rhythm using CRM/SFE tools
- •Set clear metrics and enforce accountability
- •Optimize commercial investments and manage risks
- •Demonstrate strong leadership and take ownership
- •Inspire and develop the sales team through coaching
- •Foster a culture of trust, inclusion, and engagement
- •Ensure full compliance with laws and industry codes
- •Act as a visible compliance role model
- •Escalate and remediate issues with transparent documentation
