In this role, you will lead the development and execution of market access strategies for Lilly medicines in Switzerland, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive effective solutions that enhance patient access and value.

Anforderungen

• •Higher university degree (PhD or Master) in health science related disciplines
• •Experience in the pharmaceutical environment in Switzerland

• •Initiate and develop market access and pricing strategies
• •Implement and execute market access strategies for Lilly medicines
• •Create national, evidence-based value dossiers for brand support
• •Involve cross-functional team members and external experts as needed
• •Analyze data to support business cases and market access strategies
• •Assess competitor brands and actions to inform PRA success
• •Leverage knowledge of access and reimbursement policies
• •Understand customer needs and market trends
• •Develop a cross-functional stakeholder strategy
• •Ensure alignment between PRA strategies and other functions
• •Provide access expertise on selected projects
• •Collaborate with local Marketing, Medical, and Regulatory teams
• •Finalize and disseminate deliverables transparently and inclusively
• •Drive synergies and efficiencies using available insights
• •Inform preliminary commercialization decisions and strategies
