- Experience in the pharmaceutical environment in Switzerland
- Deep knowledge of the local healthcare system and decision-making bodies

Aufgaben
- Initiate and develop market access and pricing strategies
- Implement and execute market access strategies for Lilly medicines
- Create national, evidence-based value dossiers for brand support
- Involve cross-functional team members and external experts as needed
- Analyze data to support business cases and market access strategies
- Assess competitor brands and actions to inform PRA success
- Leverage knowledge of access and reimbursement policies
- Understand customer needs and market trends
- Develop a cross-functional stakeholder strategy
- Ensure alignment between PRA strategies and other functions
- Provide access expertise on selected projects
- Collaborate with local Marketing, Medical, and Regulatory teams
- Finalize and disseminate deliverables transparently and inclusively
- Drive synergies and efficiencies using available insights
- Inform preliminary commercialization decisions and strategies
- Operate within Lilly's values of integrity, excellence, and respect
- Model compliance with guidelines, laws, and regulations
