Developing market access and pricing strategies for life-changing medicines, creating national evidence-based value dossiers. Deep knowledge of Swiss healthcare system and PRA/HTA processes, with pharma experience in Switzerland, required. Direct impact on patient access to life-changing medicines.
Anforderungen
- Higher university degree (PhD or Master) in health science related disciplines (e.g. health economics, public health, biomedicine, epidemiology, pharmacology, pharmacy, healthcare administration, biostatistics, medicine)
- Experience in pharmaceutical environment in Switzerland
- Solid Market Access background (Health Economics, Pricing, Reimbursement)
- Deep knowledge of Swiss healthcare system, decision-making bodies, PRA/HTA
- Business acumen
- Mastery of scientific data interpretation, evidence-based communication
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to monitor and consider perspectives/emotions
- Capability to lead and influence without authority
- Positive and problem-solving mindset
