Anforderungen

  • Higher university degree (PhD or Master) in health science related disciplines (e.g. health economics, public health, biomedicine, epidemiology, pharmacology, pharmacy, healthcare administration, biostatistics, medicine)
  • Experience in pharmaceutical environment in Switzerland
  • Solid Market Access background (Health Economics, Pricing, Reimbursement)
  • Deep knowledge of Swiss healthcare system, decision-making bodies, PRA/HTA
  • Business acumen
  • Mastery of scientific data interpretation, evidence-based communication
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to monitor and consider perspectives/emotions
  • Capability to lead and influence without authority

  • Drive market access and pricing strategies for Lilly medicines.
  • Ensure market access in Switzerland throughout product lifecycle.
  • Develop national, evidence-based value dossiers.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market opportunities.
  • Implement business solutions across disease areas and brands.
  • Develop and communicate cross-functional stakeholder strategies.
  • Align PRA strategies with other functional strategies.
  • Provide market access expertise for projects.
  • Collaborate with local and international colleagues.
  • Develop, finalize, and disseminate project deliverables.
  • Drive synergies and efficiencies to generate customer value.
  • Inform commercialization decisions and strategy with insights.
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines, laws, and regulations.
