- •Higher university degree (PhD or Master) in health science related disciplines
- •Experience in the pharmaceutical environment in Switzerland
- •Deep knowledge of the local healthcare system and PRA/HTA process in Switzerland
- •Business acumen and mastery of scientific data interpretation
- •Excellent written and oral communication skills
- •Capability to lead and influence without authority
- •Good organizational skills in a regulated environment
- •Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills
- •Willingness to adapt to and embrace change
- •Flexibility in behavioral style to achieve goals
- •Capability to think outside the box
- •Agility in managing challenging situations

- •Implement business solutions based on access policies and market trends
- •Develop and communicate a cross-functional stakeholder strategy
- •Align PRA strategies with other functions in the integrated planning process
- •Provide access expertise on selected projects with local and international teams
- •Finalize and disseminate deliverables in a proactive and transparent manner
- •Drive synergies and efficiencies using insights for commercialization decisions
