Anforderungen
- Higher university degree (PhD or Master) in health science related disciplines
- Experience in the pharmaceutical environment in Switzerland
- Deep knowledge of the local healthcare system and PRA/HTA process in Switzerland
- Business acumen and mastery of scientific data interpretation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Capability to lead and influence without authority
- Good organizational skills in a regulated environment
- Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to adapt to and embrace change

Aufgaben
- Initiate and develop market access and pricing strategies for Lilly medicines
- Create national, evidence-based value dossiers to support brand value
- Analyze data to inform business cases and market access strategies
- Assess competitor brands and their impact on Lilly's market access success
- Implement business solutions based on access policies and market trends
- Develop and communicate a cross-functional stakeholder strategy
- Align PRA strategies with other functions in the integrated planning process
- Provide access expertise on selected projects with local and international teams
- Finalize and disseminate deliverables in a proactive and transparent manner
- Drive synergies and efficiencies using insights for commercialization decisions
