As a Material Project Lead, you will oversee the material requirements for customer projects, ensuring alignment with project needs and production plans. This role involves managing the Bill of Materials, addressing material issues, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project fulfillment.

Anforderungen

• •Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, SCM, Procurement, or similar fields
• •Confirmed experience in SCM, Materials Planning/Scheduling, and/or Purchasing
• •Proficient knowledge of SAP MM, Power BI, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• •Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
• •Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management
• •Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• •Proficiency in English with additional German preferred

Aufgaben

• •Manage customer project portfolios and maintain accurate material requirements in the system
• •Create, maintain, review, and decommission the project Bill of Materials (BOM)
• •Coordinate with project teams to ensure fulfillment and update systems accordingly
• •Identify and initiate requests for new material creation to support project needs
• •Liaise with the project team to address material issues and identify alternative materials
• •Perform material availability checks and ensure correct batch allocation
• •Validate supply scenarios from the material availability perspective
• •Participate in supply chain development initiatives and complete material-related projects
