As a Supply Chain Scheduler, you will focus on maintaining and optimizing the production schedule, ensuring accurate communication across departments, and driving efficiency through data analysis and continuous improvement efforts.

Anforderungen

• •Advanced education degree (e.g. Bachelor, MA, MSc) preferred
• •At least 2-3 years of experience as a Scheduler
• •Experience with SAP MM & PP, OMP preferred
• •Ability to influence Supply Chain and functional leaders
• •Good communication skills in English, German preferred
• •Strong analytical skills with KPI measurement and reporting
• •Ability to use production scheduling systems
• •Competent using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• •Ability to utilize Business Intelligence systems for data extraction

Aufgaben

• •Maintain and improve the production schedule
• •Ensure accurate communication of the production schedule to relevant departments
• •Create, track, and maintain short-term schedules for visibility
• •Incorporate input from departments to ensure realistic schedules
• •Optimize schedules by balancing demand priorities and resource utilization
• •Incorporate feedback on changes to existing plans in a timely manner
• •Maintain planning and scheduling parameters in the planning system
• •Generate KPIs and operational measures to identify trends
• •Provide accurate production schedule data for the MRP process
• •Review production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables for requirements
• •Monitor production data for continuous improvement activities
