Anforderungen

• 7-10 years experience in operations, plant logistics, or supply chain in GMP-regulated biotechnological/chemical manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline
• Economics degree an advantage
• Strong knowledge of SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, MES interfaces, Trackwise, DMS, LIMS
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Ability to guide, develop, and motivate diverse teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working across production, quality, supply chain, procurement, IT
• Highly organized and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent German
• Business-fluent English
