Aufgaben
- Manage daily logistics operations at the BioLOG logistics center
- Ensure compliance with GMP and GDP requirements
- Oversee the handling of logistics processes from goods receipt to shipping
- Act as the central interface between operational teams and management
- Lead and develop the team through training and coaching
- Manage resource planning and employee development
- Coordinate logistical tasks between customers and internal stakeholders
- Oversee accurate receipt, booking, sampling, and storage of goods
- Ensure timely material supply to production and manage material flows
- Maintain stock control and manage SAP EWM transactional data
- Facilitate smooth material and information flow between warehouses and production
- Guarantee on-time, GDP-compliant customer order shipments
- Collaborate with customer service and supply chain teams
- Manage freight forwarding activities for the Visp plant
- Drive process optimization through Kaizen meetings
