Anforderungen

• •M.Sc. in Engineering or related field
• •5-7 years industry hardware experience
• •Ownership of complex engineering problems
• •Practical, evidence-driven engineering mindset
• •Foundation in mechanical design and materials
• •Proficiency in CAD and production drawings

• •Experience with drones or autonomous systems
• •Experience applying DfM/DfA with suppliers
• •Familiarity with FEA or CFD

Aufgaben

• •Develop future drones, payloads, and accessories
• •Manage the full product development cycle
• •Translate requirements into technical specifications
• •Oversee verification through test plans and simulations
• •Execute 3D CAD designs and BOM documentation
• •Perform environmental and functional qualification testing
• •Build and iterate on prototype series
• •Collaborate with suppliers on scalable designs
• •Drive DfM, DfA, and quality improvements
• •Provide technical input during design reviews
• •Conduct root-cause analysis on hardware issues
• •Implement effective reliability and quality fixes
• •Hand over new products to Operations teams
• •Ensure production readiness and manufacturability
