- Experience with drones or autonomous systems
- Experience applying DfM/DfA with suppliers
- Familiarity with FEA or CFD

Aufgaben
- Develop future drones, payloads, and accessories
- Manage the full product development cycle
- Translate requirements into technical specifications
- Oversee verification through test plans and simulations
- Execute 3D CAD designs and BOM documentation
- Perform environmental and functional qualification testing
- Build and iterate on prototype series
- Collaborate with suppliers on scalable designs
- Drive DfM, DfA, and quality improvements
- Provide technical input during design reviews
- Conduct root-cause analysis on hardware issues
- Implement effective reliability and quality fixes
- Hand over new products to Operations teams
- Ensure production readiness and manufacturability
