- Experience with 3D printing
- Familiarity with DFM/DFA principles
- Exposure to systems engineering approaches
- Experience with CAD version control
- Basic Python programming skills
- Comfortable in cross-functional team collaboration

- Design drone components and payload systems
- Develop assemblies for current and future products
- Create CAD models and detailed assembly drawings
- Perform tolerance analysis and design reviews
- Support prototyping with 3D printing and machining
- Conduct structural, thermal, and environmental testing
- Validate hardware performance during field tests
- Analyze root causes for iterative design improvements
- Document designs and test procedures for knowledge sharing
- Engage in technical discussions and team meetings
