- Familiarity with EHDS and healthcare interoperability initiatives
- Experience in global company with multi-time zone users
- Experience in molecular biology, genomics, translational science, personalized medicine
- Superior technical communication skills
- Knowledge of other European languages or Japanese
Aufgaben
- Support healthcare organizations in integrating EMR/HER systems with Abbott Cancer Diagnostics platforms
- Establish clinical workflows and streamline data exchange with healthcare partners
- Serve as a liaison between external healthcare partners and internal Abbott teams
- Translate customer systems, workflows, and needs for internal stakeholders
- Partner with internal teams to deliver customer integration initiatives
- Support ongoing relationship management with customers
- Apply experience with healthcare technology systems (e.g., Dedalus, Cerner, Epic)
- Ensure customer-centric solutions while maintaining compliance with company policies
- Act as a primary point of contact for healthcare organizations and technology partners
- Identify, promote, and support digital health integration opportunities
- Partner with account managers, commercial, and marketing teams as a technical resource
- Support connections between customer systems and Abbott Cancer Diagnostics platforms
- Lead discussions on integration capabilities, workflows, and technical requirements
- Represent the voice of the customer to internal teams
- Support onboarding and relationship management with healthcare technology platforms
- Provide guidance on healthcare data exchange and integration approaches (HL7, FHIR, APIs)
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to support customer implementations
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and simplify connectivity
- Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution during implementation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external healthcare IT leaders and stakeholders
- Support creation of customer-facing materials and workflow documentation
- Stay informed on healthcare technology trends and integration approaches
- Deliver updates to leadership on customer integration activities
- Uphold company mission and values
- Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System
