- Serve as strategic liaison between business function and RDT organization
- Align technology solutions with business needs
- Co-create and manage technology strategy and portfolio
- Set direction for complex product to achieve business outcomes
- Monitor business, market, and technology trends
- Propose new solutions and integrate AI capabilities
- Define, track, and communicate KPIs for product performance
- Establish aspirational vision for end-to-end user experience
- Identify emerging trends and market shifts
- Inform long-term product roadmaps
- Define and track KPIs for product iterations
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for complex products
- Influence long-term product strategies and roadmaps
- Identify new opportunities for innovation and growth
- Orchestrate ecosystem of internal teams and external vendors
- Influence senior leadership and key external partners
- Improve product management team processes and tools
- Coach product managers on stakeholder communication
- Advocate for customer-centricity and data-informed decisions
- Focus on long-term growth and strategic performance
