Key Account Manager Respiratory(m/w/x)
Promoting a key respiratory brand and educating healthcare professionals on products. Strategic account management and cross-functional coordination required. Pharma sales track record, respiratory expertise a plus.
Anforderungen
- Excellent sales and selling skills
- Strong track record in pharma sales and/or medical devices, launch experience as a plus
- Expertise in Respiratory & Immunology (pneumology, allergology) is a plus
- Good strategic and analytical skills (strategic account management)
- Strong project management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and drive for goal achievement
- Openness to innovative business growth methods (e.g. AI)
- Excellent collaboration and partnership capabilities
- Excellent communication and influencing ability
- Proficiency in German required, solid English, French is a plus
Aufgaben
- Manage commercial and customer-related activities for a key respiratory brand
- Conduct promotional brand activities and product-related education for healthcare professionals
- Develop and execute account strategies
- Coordinate activities with key customers and cross-functional teams
- Integrate input from Marketing, Medical, and Market Access
- Orchestrate activities across multiple channels based on customer preferences and business needs
- Leverage deep customer and patient insights for a patient-centric approach
- Understand and address key customer needs and requirements
- Build collaborative HCP networks and become a trusted partner and advisor
- Demonstrate patient-centric behavior and enhance understanding of the patient pathway
- Expand and develop relationships with key customers by offering tailored solutions
- Utilize marketing and medical assets and campaigns for customer engagement
- Capture and analyze local and regional needs
- Collaborate with field functions and in-office colleagues to develop solutions
- Work with customers to develop and implement projects improving patient care
- Meet revenue targets
