- Use data and insights to inform decisions
- Openness to innovative approaches (e.g. AI tools)
- Solid project management skills
- Solid organisational skills

- Experience engaging customers across multiple channels
- Digital and face-to-face customer engagement
- Fluency in German
- Solid English proficiency

- Lead customer-related activities in hypertension
- Prepare and drive the launch of a new treatment approach
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Identify opportunities to strengthen care delivery
- Work with healthcare professionals to implement value-based solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners for consistent execution
- Use data and insights for decision-making
- Maintain full ownership of account performance
- Build deep understanding of customer needs and stakeholder dynamics
- Establish long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals
- Support patient-centric care pathway optimization
- Improve patient access and treatment pathways
- Apply marketing and medical resources for customer engagement
- Generate and share local insights on market developments
- Translate insights into customer initiatives
- Work with Medical Affairs and Marketing for launch activities
- Deliver on business objectives and revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
