- Orchestrate multi-channel activities based on customer needs
- Apply customer and patient insights to strategies
- Analyze reporting tools to develop winning tactics
- Identify and address key customer requirements
- Build trusted partnerships within collaborative HCP networks
- Promote patient-centric behavior and understand patient pathways
- Expand relationships by offering tailored solutions
- Implement marketing and medical campaigns across channels
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop information materials
- Launch customer-facing projects to improve patient care
- Deliver revenue according to set targets
