Aufgaben
- Support management and employees with recruitment and HR topics
- Provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle
- Advise managers on people-related topics and team management
- Handle employment law questions, internal policies, and complex situations
- Contribute to annual HR processes (performance reviews, promotions, salary cycles)
- Support learning and development by identifying training needs
- Follow up on development actions
- Manage recruitment for professional and managerial roles
- Develop and monitor HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, recruitment metrics)
- Support HR reporting
- Participate in HR projects and process improvements
- Provide HR support on payroll, internal communication, and administration
- Organize internal events (celebrations, annual events, HR initiatives)
