Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in technical field
- 1+ year post-study experience in data engineering/infrastructure/ingestion
- Worked with real data pipelines or production-oriented data workflows
- Worked with collaborative data platforms
- Solid hands-on experience with Python
- Solid hands-on experience with SQL
- Practical experience with Databricks
- Familiarity with cloud environments (ideally AWS)
- Understanding of ETL/ELT pipeline design basics
- Understanding of data ingestion patterns basics
- Understanding of data modelling basics
- Worked with shared codebases using Git
- Worked with code reviews
- Worked with CI/CD practices
- Worked with testing practices
- Experience with Spark, Delta Lake, or Parquet is a strong plus
- Experience in start-up, scale-up, or demanding environment
- Hands-on work across the data pipeline
- Exposure to regulated or data-sensitive industries is a plus
- English at a highly proficient level
- French is advantageous

Aufgaben
- Design and build data ingestion pipelines
- Maintain Databricks-hosted medallion Lakehouse
- Ingest and centralize clinical data from EDC platforms
- Document clinical data from various sources
- Identify structures and inconsistencies in datasets
- Transform unstructured data into reliable assets
- Build preprocessing and ETL/ELT pipelines
- Create clean, structured datasets for algorithm development
- Define data quality and validation standards
- Apply data traceability and documentation practices
- Implement logging and validation checks
- Set up alerting and basic observability
- Contribute to shared codebase practices
- Support platform scaling to company-wide use
- Collaborate with senior data engineers and ML teams
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders
