- Oversee project schedules and solution testing
- Ensure technical consistency across the omnichannel ecosystem
- Collaborate with digital teams on omnichannel solutions
- Provide backup for eCommerce IT issues
- Implement interfaces between various boutique solutions
- Test solution upgrades and bug fixes
- Deploy specific hardware platforms based on business needs
- Monitor and ensure excellence in boutique support
- Coordinate technology aspects for boutique openings and renovations
