Anforderungen
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Process Engineering, Automation, or relevant field within past year or enrolled in master's program
- Sound knowledge of testing process designs, measurement techniques, fluid-, and thermodynamics
- Sound knowledge of at least one high-level programming language (e.g., Python, C++) and ideally PLC programming and/or industrial communication protocols
- Desire to expand knowledge in measurement technology, industrial process controls, and software development
- Reliability, performance-driven, hands-on, structured working style, thrives in fast-paced team environments and working independently
- English fluency
- Availability to start October 1st, 2026, for a 6-month internship
Aufgaben
- Develop measurement instrumentation and controls for direct air capture testing infrastructure.
- Assist in developing automation software for consistency and efficiency.
- Assist in investigating adsorption/desorption processes for understanding and efficiency.
- Execute testing methods and critically evaluate test data.
- Assess measurement method feasibility based on test outcomes and applications, and provide recommendations.
