- B.Sc. and pursuing M.Sc. in Software/Robotics/Mechatronics Engineering or related technical field
- C/C++ development for embedded real-time systems
- Python for data analysis, visualization, and time-series datasets
- Eagerness to learn and strong problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborative, self-motivated, open to feedback, sense of ownership
- EU citizenship or enrollment in Swiss institution for work permit
- Familiarity with git, code review, CI, AI-assisted development
- Experience with PX4, ArduPilot, MAVLink, Dronecode SDK or UAV/autopilot stacks
- Experience with STM32 microcontrollers and low-level protocols
- Experience with Raspberry Pi or other companion computers
- Experience with soldering, electronics debugging, or hands-on robotics
- Driving license (B)
Aufgaben
- Develop embedded C/C++ software features
- Maintain firmware components for sensor integration
- Monitor system health and onboard component communication
- Implement online validation logic and diagnostics
- Analyze flight and system logs
- Extend Python-based log analysis tools
- Design automated tests and simulation campaigns
- Conduct in-field drone tests
- Collaborate with QA, hardware, and production teams
- Participate in technical discussions and code reviews
- Attend company-wide all-hands meetings
