Aufgaben
- Develop innovative sorbent modules from TRL3 to TRL6
- Optimize trade-offs between product requirements, performance, manufacturability, and scalability
- Lead lifecycle management of new sorbent modules from TRL6 to end-of-life
- Ensure successful product deployment and long-term performance
- Coordinate validation of new products through serial production
- Initiate and drive engineering, manufacturing, testing, and validation activities
- Collaborate with in-house technology, development, and operations teams
- Work with external collaborators, suppliers, and partners
- Support fabrication and testing of prototypes
- Conduct experiments to validate design concepts
- Troubleshoot issues and refine product performance
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Enhance product performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness
