Anforderungen
- 2+ years customer facing role experience
- Customer operations or customer service/support experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage high volume concurrent tasks
- Comfort in shared inbox environments (Gmail or similar)
- Ability to assess and route inquiries accurately under pressure
- Effective teamwork in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- High comfort working cross functionally with all departments
Aufgaben
- Manage inbound inquiries across contact channels
- Process and route customer and partner emails
- Triage and prioritize high-volume shared inbox inquiries
- Handle license key update requests for SonarQube Server
- Process billing and payment inquiries for SonarQube Cloud
- Support internal teams with license key requests
- Collaborate with Sales and Renewals on purchase orders
- Collect and share customer vendor/procurement forms
- Partner with Sales Operations to capture and route leads
- Identify and prioritize commercial inquiries
- Communicate with internal teams on special projects
- Flag recurring issues and process gaps
- Use CRM to match customer records and review case history
