Administering employee contracts, onboarding, and lifecycle changes for a direct air capture technology company. Commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) with further HR education and Swiss labor law knowledge essential. 25 paid vacation days, 4 weeks annual remote work.
Anforderungen
- Commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) and further HR education (e.g., Federal Diploma)
- Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law, social insurances, and HR administration practices
- Hands-on experience across end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
- Proficiency with various HR tools (e.g., Abacus)
- Strong MS Office and overall digital skills
- Strong service-oriented and solution-focused mindset
- Excellent communication
- Attention to detail
- Structured, reliable working style, especially with confidential data
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and proactive colleague support
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Manage employee contracts
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding
- Administer employee leave and absence
- Prepare employee reference letters
- Manage employee lifecycle changes
- Handle related HR cases
- Maintain employee records in Abacus (HRIS)
- Update records with organizational changes
- Provide timely employee support in person
- Respond to employee inquiries via ticketing system
- Oversee and update core HR processes
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies
- Use HR tools: Abacus, ServiceNow, Docusign, Outlook, SharePoint
- Create and manage purchase requisition requests in SAP
- Manage the monthly onboarding program
- Coordinate leadership training locations
- Manage communication for leadership trainings
- Process invoices for leadership trainings
