- Gather and process payroll data using Abacus
- Publish job ads and coordinate recruiting
- Partner with hiring managers on the hiring process
- Respond to employee and candidate inquiries
- Provide guidance on employee relations and performance
- Address workplace behavior and other people matters
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding and offboarding activities
- Administer employee absences and sickness reporting
- Coordinate with insurance providers for sick notes
- Prepare employment-related documentation
- Write reference letters and employment confirmations
- Oversee day-to-day office operations
- Ensure a productive and organized work environment
- Serve as primary contact for workplace suppliers
- Coordinate with IT, cleaning services, and maintenance
- Organize workplace activities and employee events
- Plan team events, employee milestones, and recognition initiatives
