- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity
- Ability to influence senior leaders across functions, regions, cultures
- Exposure to AI-enabled process transformation
- Exposure to digital operating model design
- Background in management consulting or advisory roles
- Financial services background
- Experience embedding governance frameworks and controls
- Experience in a regulated environment
