- Deliver end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries and regions
- Handle complex scenarios like international assignments and expatriate payroll
- Drive payroll transformation and innovation
- Standardize processes and enhance payroll systems
- Implement automation and AI initiatives
- Ensure continuous improvement in efficiency and accuracy
- Own the payroll governance, controls, and compliance framework
- Maintain audit readiness and data security
- Adhere to regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions
- Manage vendor relationships and performance
- Lead strategy, procurement, and contract negotiations for payroll outsourcing
- Oversee contractual outcomes with the global payroll provider
- Conduct assurance reviews and IT security alignment
- Oversee financial management and year-end activities
- Forecast budgets and ensure cost transparency
- Handle tax reporting, annual statements, and statutory filings
- Ensure robust payroll systems and data integrity
- Work closely with HR and Finance on systems architecture
- Maintain data quality controls
- Leverage analytics for payroll cost and trend reporting
- Monitor service performance and risks
- Stay current on best practices, regulatory developments, and technology innovations
