- Support goal realization, including BOP growth
- Manage capital strain and risk-based capital requirements
- Deliver global, risk-aware business growth
- Balance customer needs, financial content, and organizational matters
- Work closely with Product Proposition and team members
- Support Group strategy for Savings and Retirement
- Develop existing market propositions with BUs and Group departments
- Explore and shape new market propositions
- Build business cases from the ground up
- Secure stakeholder support and analytics
- Collaborate with Structuring Analytics team
- Determine best analysis organization and dissemination
- Champion best practice technology and execution
- Leverage existing and new capabilities for operational synergies
- Support growth, profitability, transparency, and scalability
- Improve time to market and execution
- Challenge constructively and creatively
- Help teams converge on clear decisions
- Provide pragmatic solutions
