Aufgaben
- Shape and drive global strategic agenda for GPS
- Spearhead strategic growth initiatives aligned with Bank’s strategy
- Ensure strong alignment across regions and client demand
- Partner with business owners to identify and assess new opportunities
- Drive new business opportunities and partnerships
- Support strategic partnerships and inorganic business opportunities
- Coordinate cross-unit collaboration
- Generate insights through market and competitor analysis
- Support senior management with recommendations and decision-making
- Report to Head of GPS Strategy & Business Development (Switzerland & Europe)
- Define and drive team ambitions and objectives
- Synthesise complex data into clear presentations
- Develop and deliver high-quality strategy papers and market analyses
- Support project and change management activities
- Work with Group Strategy and Group Finance on strategic initiatives
- Drive rollout of new business projects and initiatives
- Monitor emerging technologies and market trends
- Provide GPS updates to management committees
- Meet legal, regulatory, and compliance standards
- Adhere to user manuals and guidelines
- Demonstrate values and behaviours
- Act as a role model for business development and compliance
- Motivate and guide the team
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- Display strong interpersonal and leadership skills
