Anforderungen

  • •At least 4 years of experience in financial services
  • •Focus on personal banking, wealth management, investment banking, corporate strategy, or business development
  • •At least 2 years in a top-tier management consulting firm
  • •Fluency in English
  • •Proficiency in German is a plus
  • •Ability to work with internal stakeholders
  • •Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities
  • •Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • •Ability to manage complex financial models
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • •Leverage market intelligence and internal performance insights
  • •Support strategic projects and initiatives
  • •Take ownership of selected workstreams
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • •Deliver innovative solutions on a global scale
  • •Participate in strategic planning and target setting
  • •Partner with Finance and COO
  • •Craft a compelling narrative around PB-wide strategy
  • •Support preparation for senior management meetings
  • •Engage with key external stakeholders, including regulators and investors
  • •Provide support to the executive governance landscape
  • •Assist with Executive Councils, Risk Councils, Operating Councils, and Compensation Review Groups
