• •Define and refine the AI strategy and value proposition
• •Translate enterprise ambitions into an executable AI roadmap
• •Ensure AI initiatives are value-driven with clear success metrics
• •Balance short-term impact with long-term capability building
• •Prioritize and manage dependencies across the AI ART roadmap
• •Align priorities with business sponsors and delivery teams
• •Coordinate AI use cases with platforms and data foundations
• •Govern financial frameworks to optimize costs and value
• •Chair the AI ART to ensure effective governance
• •Approve key milestones and final deliverables for quality
• •Guide concept development for scalable and compliant solutions
• •Allocate resources and resolve capacity or skill constraints
• •Mitigate delivery, technology, regulatory, and data risks
• •Act as a strategic partner to the delivery organization
• •Build leadership alignment across all stakeholder groups
• •Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
