- Chair the AI ART to ensure effective governance
- Approve key milestones and final deliverables for quality
- Guide concept development for scalable and compliant solutions
- Allocate resources and resolve capacity or skill constraints
- Mitigate delivery, technology, regulatory, and data risks
- Act as a strategic partner to the delivery organization
- Build leadership alignment across all stakeholder groups
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
