- Drive alignment between development, testing, and operations
- Analyze current quality control and test management standards
- Identify areas for improvement in testing, release quality, monitoring, and incident response
- Champion quality across the software lifecycle
- Focus on monitoring, observability, incident response, and robust release practices
- Enhance testing effectiveness through automation and improved test coverage
- Strengthen development quality with traceable requirements and consistent environments
- Ensure reliable configurations and high code standards in CI/CD pipelines
- Plan and coordinate test activities
- Define test scope and ensure test case readiness
- Execute tests and manage defects across integrated teams
- Track quality KPIs and report transparently via Jira and Confluence
- Support retrospectives and continuous improvement
- Feed learnings into future PI planning
- Ensure compliance with change and deployment controls
- Work daily with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and testers
- Partner with the Domain Test Manager for offshore coordination
- Plan and oversee test execution
- Interface with RTE and Journey Lead to align on milestones and quality gates
- Represent test and quality in ART-level forums
