- Support and coordinate QA activities in an agile environment
- Contribute to automated and manual testing
- Participate in specifications and engineering requirements
- Manage the release process
- Execute manual tests
- Review automated and manual test outcomes
- Analyze performance test results
- Scrutinize logs for anomalies
- Report on the quality of release candidates
- Process product reviews
- Inform the development team of defects and errors
- Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings to the development team
- Monitor efforts to resolve product issues
- Track progress on product issues
- Ensure the final product meets product requirements
- Ensure the final product meets end-user expectations
- Identify areas for product improvement
- Enhance product efficiency
