- Manage International Order Managers and Senior International Order Managers
- Oversee multiple direct-report People Leaders
- Initiate and lead global, cross-functional project teams
- Act as a primary interface between internal stakeholders, innovation projects, and external partners
- Monitor core Order Management KPIs
- Implement continuous improvement measures to ensure high process quality
- Achieve organizational targets consistently
- Navigate unpredictable supply chain disruptions
- Harmonize complex regional workflows
- Transform unstructured, cross-functional challenges into integrated, future-ready solutions
- Present to the Hub Operations Leadership Team, Regional Supply Chain Heads, and Affiliate Supply Chain Leaders
- Balance local operational needs with global harmonization mandates
