- Track development plans for critical roles
- Partner with leaders to manage change adoption
- Apply reward strategies linked to performance outcomes
- Manage benchmarking activities within budget constraints
- Articulate the value of compensation and benefits
- Influence managers to use reward mechanisms effectively
- Partner with specialists to deliver reward solutions
- Coach leaders and teams for high performance
- Develop future organizational capabilities
- Oversee delivery of HR policies and processes
- Advise on complex senior-level employee relations
- Execute HR processes using modern technologies
- Analyze people trends using data and metrics
- Maintain trusted advisor relationships with business leaders
- Identify emerging issues using diverse data sources
- Mobilize teams and projects to address key issues
